Pan-fried fillet of sea bream with a citrus fruit sauce, basil, chips

Vol-au-vent au tofu, sauce aux airelles (v)


Vol-au-vent with tofu, chestnuts, mushrooms, button onions, cranberry sauce

in order to make time to shoot some long-promised videos of Jacques' cooking to share with our customers

even during periods when the restaurant is closed
