Soupe à l’oignon gratinée

Traditional French onion soup, sourdough toast, Comté cheese           milk, wheat


Gateau de Courgette, coulis de tomate (vegan and so tasty you will all want to try it!)

Vegan courgette gateau with leeks, courgette, tofu and a tomato coulis  soya (wheat-free)


Pied de porc pané

Pig’s trotter in a crispy croquette, tomato salsa, shallot, celery           milk, wheat



Sauté de boeuf “Zelensky” Strips of fillet of beef sautéed with paprika, red onion, Welsh vodka, served in a roasted red pepper with triple-cooked chips – our creation in support of Ukraine has become a new classic £1 donation to British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal for each one sold celery, milk (wheat-free)



Filet de bar, beurre blanc  Grilled fillet of sea bass, delicate “beurre blanc” white wine sauce, triple-cooked chips      fish, milk, sulphites  (wheat-free)

Confit de Canard  Barbary duck leg confit, slow-cooked and served with a jus and sauté potatoes, sweet garlic     celery (wheat-free)


Strudel Vegan, sarrasin, noisettes, chiffonade de choux rouge  Vegan buckwheat strudel (leeks, onions, cauliflower, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, soya cream, olive oil) accompaniment of gently simmered red cabbage and raisins     soya, nuts (wheat-free)




Tarte des demoiselles Tatin  - Caramelized apples, melt-in-the mouth pastry,  Pant-y-Gwydr vanilla ice cream  milk, wheat


Fondant au chocolat / Fondant au chocolat Vegan

Warm chocolate fondant, Pant-y-Gwydr milk chocolate ice cream served with crème anglaise milk, wheat, soya (an entirely vegan version of this dessert is available – just let us know your preference when you order)


Les trois fromages  français - a selection of three French unpasteurized cheeses, pâte de fruits milk, wheat (biscuits)
